13 Sep Kite launches property investment disruptor BRICKX

Consumer and challenger brand agency Kite Communications has helped BRICKX, a disruptive residential property investment platform, launch to retail investors in Australia.

BRICKX breaks down a significant barrier to residential property investment – the need to buy an entire house or apartment – and makes it possible for everyday Australians to enter the property market for less than $100.Through the platform, a fraction of a property, or Brick, can be purchased, with the rental income returned straight to the investor at a rate proportional to the amount of Bricks they own.

According to BRICKX CEO Anthony Millet, “We’ve taken the hassle out of property investment to make it easy for just about any Australian to jump on the Platform today and diversify their investment portfolio”.

Kite and BRICKX collaborated on a strategy designed to achieve blanket coverage in popular business and consumer media , creating buzz around the platform and driving traffic to the BRICKX website.

Positive stories about BRICKX were achieved nationally across press, radio and television resulting in an immediate uplift of more than 1600% traffic to the BRICKX website.

Kite Communications General Manager, Patrice Pandeleos said of the launch: “The Kite team loves working with entrepreneurs and disruptors – it’s exciting to bring something entirely new to the market. Kite has built a strong track record helping disruptors tell their story and drive awareness and engagement .
