Kite launches property investment disruptor BRICKX

Consumer and challenger brand agency Kite Communications has helped BRICKX, a disruptive residential property investment platform, launch to retail investors in Australia.

BRICKX breaks down a significant barrier to residential property investment – the need to buy an entire house or apartment – and makes it possible for everyday Australians to enter the property market for less than $100.Through the platform, a fraction of a property, or Brick, can be purchased, with the rental income returned straight to the investor at a rate proportional to the amount of Bricks they own.

Kite and BRICKX collaborated on a strategy designed to achieve blanket coverage in popular business and consumer media , creating buzz around the platform and driving traffic to the BRICKX website.
